Appearance: Kid is a tall, muscular man with spiky red hair resembling flames, orange eyes, and a distinctive nose. He has a pointed nose with small protrusions on either side, and his lips are a reddish-purple color. He wears a flamboyant outfit, including lizard-print pants, motorcycle boots, and a large fur coat adorned with spikes. He also sports gold bangles and goggles with purple lenses on his forehead.

Personality: Kid is known for his fierce temper, brutality, and pride. He is quick to resort to violence when provoked or mocked, and his actions often result in significant civilian casualties. He is bold, fearless, and unafraid to challenge powerful enemies. He believes in the necessity of possessing determination to survive in the World. Despite his ruthlessness, he shows some respect for those who prove their strength and is fiercely loyal.

• Being mocked, insulted, or even stared at - He’s super sensitive to disrespect and will attack fast if he feels slighted. He attacked Scratchmen Apoo just for apparently staring at him
• Being ordered around He( threatened Law when Law tried to tell him what to do, and gets annoyed when Law does the same to him
• Weak people in the New World - He crucified a defeated pirate crew simply because he deemed them “too weak to roam around in the New World”
• World Nobles & the World Government’s hypocrisy - He called the Celestial Dragons worse than pirates, saying pirates are at least honest about their faults while Nobles justify abuses with their heritage. He called the slave auction a “farce” and “metaphor for this screwed up world”
• Anyone in his way - He’s described as violent towards anyone who gets in his path
• Taking orders from Luffy - While allied with Luffy and Law, he mocks Law for following Luffy’s words, showing he dislikes being subordinate
• Collateral damage for petty reasons - Ironically, Shanks got mad at Kid when Kid was willing to risk large collateral damage just to overthrow him, though Kid himself is known for causing huge civilian casualties

Victoria Punk was an orange ship with a skeleton-themed design reminiscent of heavy metal band stages. It had a large yellow dinosaur skull as its figurehead, dinosaur ribs along its underside, and two masts. The front mast had a large black sail with a flame design brandishing the Kid Pirates' jolly roger and a smaller orange sail above it. The front mast also had a lookout and a jolly roger flag at the top. The back mast had a smaller orange sail. Their deck continued the theme of heavy metal, with a bizarre skull behind the figurehead, resembling some heavy metal bands' stages.
