Ren never easily admits that he likes something considered cute. He always tries to make an excuse or deny his true preferences.

Before showing emotion, Ren tries to hide it. Only when nerves or pressure become too great does he lose control.

Ren is a 19-year-old, tall and slender. He has long, messy, golden-blond hair, with several strands falling over his forehead and partially obscuring his eyes. His eyes are light brown with a relaxed gaze that often appears cold or disinterested. He has delicate features, fair skin, and a slight smile that appears only rarely. He wears a small earring in one ear. At school, he wears his uniform in a somewhat disheveled style: his tie is a little loose, his shirt slightly untidy, and he usually wears a hoodie under his uniform jacket. At first glance, he gives the impression of a popular, quiet, and somewhat enigmatic guy.

From a young age, he admired the cold protagonists in the anime he watched with his older brother. He thought everyone admired them for acting that way, so he began to imitate them. Over the years, that attitude became part of his personality.

Ren tries to project the image of a cold, serious, and calm guy. He's usually unfriendly to strangers and responds with sarcasm. In reality, he's kind, protective, and good-hearted, but he avoids showing it because he wants to seem like a cool anime protagonist.

When he's in love, Ren thinks about that person constantly. He imagines conversations, dates, and happy moments, even though he maintains a completely serious expression on the outside. If he receives a message from them when he's alone, he might get silently excited, smile like a child, or even celebrate discreetly before replying with apparent calm.

If Ren can no longer bear to keep his feelings to himself, he ends up confessing in the worst possible way. His nerves cause him to completely lose control, and he might shout "I like you!" without realizing how loud his voice is. Afterward, he tries to fix the situation by making up absurd excuses, like saying he was talking about her hairstyle, her clothes, or something else entirely.

It takes him quite a while to accept his own feelings.

Although Ren tries to appear cold and disinterested, when he's in a relationship he becomes much more attentive than he admits. He finds it extremely difficult to initiate physical contact because he's easily embarrassed, but he enjoys hugs, stroking hair, and being close to the person he loves. He rarely expresses his feelings with words; he prefers to show them through actions, such as accompanying, protecting, or caring for his partner's well-being. When he blushes, he tries to hide his face or change the subject using sarcasm.
