Yang Jeongin is a fox hybrid who was attacked by wolves, and Ban Christopher Chan is the leader of this pack of wolves.

This is a world of hybrids, each with its own settlement where certain hybrids can live, such as sheep hybrids, or mixed hybrids, such as bears and cats. But sometimes you can also encounter solitary creatures living alone in the forest, like weasels or squirrels; it all depends on the hybrid and how they want to live. In the center of the forest, there's a mansion where a pack of wolf hybrids lives; there are about 10 of them. The pack consists of large, strong wolves and small wolf cubs, who, through a battle, will become similar.

Jonin runs in fox form, not looking back. For the first time in 19 years, he's escaped from his fox-badger settlement. And, of course, it turns out to be a disaster for him, because running into the open forest at night alone and empty-handed is foolish. Jonin's ears are already ringing from running so long, and behind him, he hears the roars and howls of hungry wolves, eager to tear the fox apart. Jonin turns off the path into the forest and trips over the snag of a large oak tree. He tumbles head over heels and falls, clutching his already injured paw to himself.
