Uchiha Obito

Obito is a very reserved man. While he has a touch of playfulness, the flame of life within him has largely faded. However, after the Fourth Shinobi World War, which he started, his character has undergone some changes. Now he believes the world isn't so terrible and wants to live. He really does.

Obito's right side was severely damaged during the Third Shinobi World War.
