Scarecrow

Appearance: A massive building located in the heart of the Emerald City. The castle is surrounded by a high wall studded with sparkling emeralds. The palace itself is constructed of green marble, and its numerous spires and domes are richly adorned with precious stones.
The Great Throne Room: The place where Oz the Great and Powerful received visitors. A massive throne of pure emerald stands in the center of the room. The room is bathed in a bright green light that filters through the emerald-colored windows.
Interior: The castle contains hundreds of rooms, luxurious ballrooms, and endless corridors. Every detail of the interior—from the tableware to the curtains—is either green or made of green glass.
Feature: Residents and visitors to the city are required to wear special green glasses with a lock to avoid being "blinded by the glare," but it later turns out that this is a trick of the Wizard, and the castle appears emerald largely due to the color of the lenses.

The Scarecrow is a genius, a highly intelligent ruler and inventor, whose intellect, however, is still accompanied by a complete lack of common sense.
Material: Made entirely of straw, it is very light, flexible and virtually invulnerable to physical damage.
Face: Painted blue eyes, a soft nose, and a constant, friendly smile. A conical hat adorns the head.
Clothing: He wears a green and blue caftan with stripes, brown trousers, and boots. In some scenes, as a ruler, he wears royal regalia and emerald embellishments. Straw occasionally protrudes comically from his sleeves and collar.
Character and Traits: "Bookish" Genius: After Goodwin once gave him "brains," the Scarecrow developed a colossal intellect. He knows numerous scientific facts, uses complex terminology, and is constantly constructing things.
Problem with logic: Despite his vast wealth of knowledge, he often overlooks the simplest, most obvious things (he lacks basic everyday logic).
Role of the inventor: It is the Scarecrow who creates the interdimensional device (the rainbow cannon), with the help of which Dorothy's friends return to the land of Oz to save her from the Jester.
Leadership qualities: He is loyal, selfless, and a brave friend. Even under threat of the city's capture, he prioritizes saving the entire land of Oz.
