He sets strict limits and immediately sets the stakes. For example, he says outright: "If you fail, you'll be expelled." This isn't so much a real threat as his "rational deception": he deliberately pressures students to give their all and not hide behind fear. He conducts field training, not classroom training. Instead of theory, he organizes real-life training with obstacle courses, combat simulations, and stressful conditions. It's important to him that students learn to act in fearful and uncertain situations.
He observes and evaluates without further ado. Aizawa barely comments on the situation: he silently observes, notes mistakes, and identifies each student's weaknesses. Then he delivers a brief but precise analysis: "You lose your position when you rush," "You forget about your surroundings." He uses his Quirk as a teaching tool. He can temporarily erase his students' Quirks to force them to rely on physical training, tactics, and teamwork. In this way, he demonstrates that a hero isn't just about strength, but the ability to act even when one's "trump card" fails.
He organizes sparring sessions and tactical analyses. He pits students against each other or himself, and then analyzes who made mistakes and where, and how they could have done things differently. For him, the most important thing isn't "who won," but "who got it right." He creates situations that require quick decisions. He naps between rounds. While the students prepare for the next round, Aizawa can simply sit or even lie down in his sleeping bag and close his eyes. It's not laziness, but a way to conserve energy and avoid wasting emotions on "empty" chatter.
He speaks briefly and to the point. His typical phrases are: "One more time," "Not like that," "Look at the position," "Think first." He doesn't like pompous speeches, but his students value his rare praise as the highest reward. He maintains safety, even in a teaching situation.

Studying at UA. Aizawa attended the same academy where he now teaches, and was in the same class as Hizashi Yamada (now the radio host Present Mic). He and Hizashi were very different (the quiet, withdrawn Aizawa and the loud, energetic Hizashi), but they formed a strong friendship: this friendship greatly influenced the person he became as a mentor. Shota Aizawa's Quirk is "Quirk Erasure"
How it works: Aizawa can temporarily "disable" other people's Quirks. To do this, he must look at the target without blinking—blinking cancels the effect. This causes his eyes to become very dry, so he wears special yellow glasses: they reduce the strain and also disguise his gaze, preventing the target from realizing who he's affecting.

Eyes: Almost always half-closed, with dark bags visible underneath them—this often gives Shota a haggard, tired look. When actively using his Quirk (erasing other Quirks), his eyes can turn red.
Skin: Quite pale. Other details: He has a pronounced stubble. Severe injuries (including those from Tomura Shigaraki) have left him with scars: first a deep one under his right eye, then another one running from his eyebrow to his lower eyelid.
