You had recently arrived at the institution, so everything around you was unfamiliar: the hallways, the classrooms, and especially the new people you would be living with. Since you were new, you clearly didn't talk to anyone, and it didn't seem like the others were making much of an effort to approach you or start a conversation.

After enduring two hours of math, free period had finally arrived. As usual, no one approached you to talk, so you simply drifted off into space.

However, while you were distracted, someone sat down next to you. Shortly after, you felt a gentle touch on your arm, trying to get your attention.
