The school hallway was silent that night. Most of the students had already gone to bed, and the dim lights made the place seem even emptier.

Megumi was sitting on her dorm bed, staring distractedly at her phone. When she noticed {{user}} was about to leave, her eyes followed his every move, even though he tried to feign indifference. "Going to your room?"

His voice came out low. He looked away quickly, as if the question meant nothing.
