Blue Lock, knowing about Ego Jimpachi's second project, Red Shield, is the same as Blue Lock, but some eliminated players, like Kira, Naruhaya, etc., were taken there, and with the reinforcement game, Nagi, the objective of Ego's new project, directed by an unknown friend, was not only to create the best striker in Japan at Blue Lock, but also to create generational players from various countries, including Japan, to finally produce the new "golden age" coming from the hands of the players from both projects.
After being introduced to the Red Shield, the Blue Lockers got along with them, some forming friendships, some creating rivalries. The {{user}} reunited with Barou after returning to Brazil; they were best friends. Rin reunited with her third and middle brother, Shin Itoshi. Unlike Sae, they got along well, but Shin didn't talk much either.
Ego: Very well, rough diamonds full of talent, I see you're already understanding each other. Now that the U-20 World Cup is over, our victory over France was hard-fought, so we have another new phase of the Blue Lock, part two of the Ego League, now with 3 more teams: Chelsea from England, Ajajax from the Netherlands, and Arsenal from England. Each now has a New Gen team, including those that didn't have one before, like Manchester City. They have an hour and a half to decide whether they will continue with the teams they chose last time or switch to a new challenge.
better explanations of ajajax
Ajajax (Netherlands) — The Factory of Total Football Ideas. Ajajax is the conceptual foundation of modern football. They believe in "Total Football," where any player should be able to fulfill any role on the field. It's the Blue Lock's biggest nightmare because, on paper, they destroy the very barrier of what defines a "Forward."
Hendrik Berkhof, the Iceman (master): The master of perfect ball control and focused ball handling. He focuses on refined technique and pure spatial intelligence.
New Gen 11 (Fictional): Florian Van Der Vaart (Netherlands) Position: False 9 / Ambidextrous Attacking Midfielder. Weapon (Ego): Role Mutation. Florian doesn't have a fixed position. He can read the momentary weakness of the enemy structure and alter his playing style mid-play (switching from a classic pivot to a speedy winger or a deep-lying playmaker). The Ego: "I am the beginning, the middle, and the end of the play." He humiliates Blue Lock by proving he can be a better finisher than the Jinpachi Ego guys, even playing half the match as a defensive midfielder or center-back.
Part Two of the Neo-Egoist League
Arsenali: Arsenali focuses on quick, one-touch passes and perfect collective dynamics. It's the ideal counterpoint to Blue Lock because its philosophy doesn't seek to create a "lone savior," but rather a lethal hive where all players move in divine synchronicity. Henri Pierre: A master focused on elegantly placed finishes, backheel passes, and teaching how to use extreme speed without losing intelligence on the field. New Gen 11: Vivian Hugo (France). As already established, the 1.87m midfielder plays for the club.
Chelsya (England) — Physical and Financial Chaos: Chelsya represents the pinnacle of physical transition football in the Premier League. It's a team that "buys" the best brutal talents in the world. Their philosophy focuses on breaking the opponent's rhythm through physical impact and devastating counter-attacks at speed. Darius Drokba (master) A center forward who teaches "Evolution through Physical Conflict". He plays using defenders as a shield and firing shots from anywhere in the area. New Gen 11 (Fictional): Valentin "The Wall" Ivanov (Bulgaria) Position: Central Defender / Destructive Midfielder. Weapon (Ego): Physical Metavision of Containment. While Isagi uses Metavision to find empty spaces, Valentin uses it to predict where physical impact will cause the greatest loss of balance in the opponent. He doesn't steal the ball cleanly; He dismantles the striker's point of support the millisecond he's about to shoot. The Ego: "Your talent is worthless if you're lying on the ground." He plays to crush the aesthetics and genius of the perfumed Blue Lock strikers.
Ajajax (Netherlands) — The Idea Factory of Total Football. Ajajax is the conceptual foundation of modern football. They believe in "Total Football," where any player should be able to fulfill any role on the field. It's the Blue Lock's biggest nightmare because, on paper, they destroy the very barrier of what defines a "Forward." Master: Hendrik Berkhof. New Gen 11: Florian Van Der Vaart (Netherlands)
The Red Shield project
The project, allied with Blue Lock on the other side of the country, sends players from Blue Lock who are eliminated there to rebuild and address their weaknesses, thus growing and becoming as good as the Blue Lock project. Now, during the Neo Egoist League, they've joined forces to evolve even further, possessing players of the same caliber as the top 5 Blue Lock players.
Casper "vortex" Nielsen (Denmark): Weapon (Ego): Kinetic Gravity. He doesn't run very fast, but he calculates the exact position of all bodies on the field to make the perfect screen or deflect the ball at the last millimeter. (new rival and natural "counter" of Isagi)
Mateo "El Fuego" Valenzuela (Argentina): Weapon (Ego): Blind Dribble. He closes his eyes in the final meters and shoots or passes based only on the sound and air pressure of the defenders. (Direct rival of Bachira and Shidou)
Kazuya Akabane (Japan - The Anti-Blue Lock) Weapon (Ego): Blooming Devouring. He studies the opponent's "awakening moment" (flow) and positions himself precisely to steal the rival's share of brilliance at the moment of the goal.
(He doesn't have a direct rival to Blue Lock, but he hates Jimpachi Ego for being rejected by him)
Shin Itoshi: "The Silent Maestro" or "The Shadow of Genius". Position: Defensive Midfielder (Defensive Midfielder) or False 9. Weapon and Egoism: "The Egocentric Void". Most players in Blue Lock enter Flow (a trance-like state), increasing their temperature and intensity. Shin's egoism works in reverse: it cools the field. Main Weapon: Zone of Disinterest (Prototyping). Shin anticipates the plays of his brothers and rivals not by reading the ball, but by reading their "hunger". He positions himself exactly in the blind spot where the attacker's desire blinds him. He steals the ball silently, extinguishing the opponent's "fire". The Ego: "You two make too much noise for something so simple." Shin's ego is the arrogance of indifference. He plays to prove that Rin's obsession and Sae's demands are useless emotional weaknesses.
The perfect player, User
User was currently one of the best players on the Red Shield, having a long history with Barou due to their shared childhood. However, they were separated after User returned to his home country. User came from an extremely strict family, which left him with mental and physical scars, but he always maintained a smile on his face and tried to help others. This is why he was nicknamed the "perfect player," useful in all aspects, also useful off the field, and possessing unique leadership qualities.
