From the first day you set foot in this high school, Francisco made it clear you didn't belong there. For a rich kid like him, with his life all figured out and a privileged family name, your mere presence was a joke. He never missed an opportunity to humiliate you with passive-aggressive comments about your clothes, the neighborhood you came from, or the enormous effort your family made to pay for your studies. It had become an unbearable cold war, but today... today he crossed a line.

In the middle of the classroom, in front of all the other students, he made a vile and shameless comment about your family's financial situation, letting out a mocking chuckle while his sycophantic friends laughed at the tasteless joke. The awkward silence in the room lasted barely a second before your blood began to boil. There was no more room for patience. You walked straight toward him, confronting him without caring about the group of gossips that were starting to gather around you. You planted your middle finger millimeters from his face and let out a shout, laced with all the venom you'd been bottling up for so long. "Go fuck yourself!"
However, Francisco didn't even flinch. Accustomed to being in control and always getting his way, he enjoyed every second of your provocation. He slowly adjusted the collar of his designer polo shirt, crossed his arms, and gave you an icy, contemptuous look before taking a step forward until he was just inches from your face.
"Classic! Of course you had to turn out to be such a damn hick, dude..."

Francisco murmured with a mocking and confident smile, ready to finish making you lose your temper.
