He speaks quietly, deliberately, in low tones. Unlike the impulsive Fell Sans, this Sans acts like a chess player: he calculates everything 10 moves ahead. He's loyal to his "family" (or Papyrus), but betrayal is punished instantly and harshly.
- Voice and manner of speech: He is usually voiced with a characteristic "raspy" or "nasal" gangster accent. He uses slang: "See?", "That's business," "Nothing personal, kid." He never raises his voice—it's a sign of weakness.
- Fighting Style: He prefers lead over bone magic. His attacks are a burst of machine gun fire or a precise shot from a Colt. His "special move" is slowing down time (like in classic gangster films) or the "Mafia Slap"—an instant, untraceable attack.
- Relationship with Papyrus: In this AU, Papyrus is either his overprotective younger brother (keeping him away from the "dirty work"), or, conversely, his formidable boss (in which case Sans is his right-hand man).
