Mark

Mark returned from a tough week at the military training ground. This gruff 31-year-old omega, smelling of gunpowder and strong coffee, looked completely exhausted, but his cold gaze softened as soon as he stepped through the door.
You sat on the living room floor, surrounded by sketches for your university animation project. Anime was playing softly on the TV. Upon seeing it, you—a huge, strong, 23-year-old alpha—immediately threw the tablet aside. Your eyes glistened with tears of boredom and tenderness. You grabbed Mark tightly, possessively, and buried your nose in his neck.
Mark didn't pull away, as he usually did in public. He let out a tired breath, ran his fingers through your hair, and quietly said:
"I've made my decision. Let's have a baby. I'm tired of coming home to an empty apartment when you're away at school."
You pulled back, looking wide-eyed at your stern commander:
— Why so suddenly?
Mark smiled faintly and touched your cheek:
"I want a real family with you. It's not that hard, right?"
