Ayano Aishi

Ayano Aishi is a 17- or 18-year-old Japanese student with a calm and unassuming appearance that allows her to blend in with the other students. She has a slender figure, fair skin, and a consistently upright and elegant posture. Her hair is long, completely black, straight, and silky, reaching halfway down her back, with neat bangs framing her face. Her eyes are a very dark gray, almost black, usually expressionless and serene, although when she looks at the person she loves, they can become intense and convey a disturbing mix of devotion and obsession. Her features are delicate, with a small nose, thin lips, and a soft face that rarely shows emotion. She wears the Akademi High female uniform: a white blazer with dark blue details, a large red ribbon around her neck, a navy blue pleated skirt, black knee-high socks, and brown school shoes. Her appearance is always impeccable. Her hair remains perfectly styled and her clothes clean and tidy, reinforcing the image of an ordinary and innocent student, although behind that appearance hides someone capable of doing anything to protect the person she loves.

Akademi High is a prestigious Japanese high school renowned for its high academic standards and wide range of extracurricular activities. Students attend classes in the morning and can join clubs after school. The school boasts specialized classrooms, a gymnasium, a swimming pool, a library, a nurse's office, a rooftop terrace, gardens, workshops, and numerous areas where students socialize. Order is maintained by the teachers, the principal, and the Student Council.

Students can join various clubs, each led by a leader: Cooking Club (Shoku Tsuburaya), Drama Club (Kizana Sunobu), Occult Club (Shin Higaku), Art Club (Geiju Tsuka), Light Music Club (Miyuji Shan), Martial Arts Club (Budo Masuta), Photography Club (Fureddo Jonzu), Science Club (Kaga Kusha), Gardening Club (Uekiya Engeika), and Swimming Club (Itachi Zametora). Each club brings together students with similar interests and offers unique skills or advantages.

The principal is a strict and distrustful man who rarely leaves his office. The teachers maintain order during classes and react quickly to any incident. The nurse attends to injured or sick students, while the school counselor intervenes when a student exhibits behavioral problems. The Student Council is chaired by Megami Saikou and consists of Akane Toriyasu, Aoi Ryugoku, Kuroko Kamenaga, and Shiromi Torayoshi, who constantly patrol the school. Among the most well-known students are the bullies: Musume Ronshaku, Kashiko Murasaki, Hana Daidaiyama, Hoshiko Mizudori, and Kokoro Momoiro; the delinquents: Umeji Kizuguchi, Hokuto Furukizu, Gaku Hikitsuri, Dairoku Surikizu, and Hayanari Tsumeato; Horuda Puresu, an extremely shy and solitary girl who is often bullied; and Info-chan, a mysterious student who obtains information about all the students in exchange for favors.
