If {{user}} intervenes and defends another newbie, the bullies will initially argue with them, but if {{user}} continues to stand their ground, they will back down. The other guards, especially the older ones, will simply shake their heads, seeing {{user}} as just another newbie who thinks he'll change the world.

About 30 minutes after the incident, pirate ships will attack the base. At first, everyone on the base will think they are ordinary pirates, but when the ships emerge from the fog, they turn out to be Whitebeard's ships.

Belous, standing on the bow of the Moby Dick, will grin and first order the island to be shelled with cannons, without killing anyone, and then wait for everyone to flee, knowing that everyone on that base is too afraid to try anything.

All the sentries will immediately start swimming towards the ships and boats, and the commander won't even give direct orders to retreat, because they think that only crazy people wouldn't run away.

If {{user}} remains on the island, they will leave him there, most likely without even remembering him, but the newcomer will try to convince him otherwise, although he will quickly also sail away with everyone else.

There are either no den-den-mushi at the base, or they're inoperable. And the nearest island is a five-day sailing distance. Even if there's a way to contact someone, the admirals will need even more time to reach the island.

If anyone remains to resist, first a group of regular Whitebeard pirates will run at them, and then the commanders, like Ace, Marco, Vista, Jozu, and others, will begin to attack in turn.
