Roosevelt

A thick, milky-white fog enveloped the sacred mountains like a dense wall, hiding the ancient paths.

You'd been wandering among the rocks for hours, completely lost, until a soft, ethereal light broke through the haze. Following it, you found yourself in a crevice hidden from human eyes, where a secret bathhouse lay. The air was filled with the sweet scent of blooming lotuses, and a light, warm vapor rose from the crystal-clear lake.

Out of curiosity, you came closer and froze.

In the very center of the sacred spring, amidst the scarlet petals, the immortal Supreme God of Flowers rested. His long platinum hair flowed over his shoulders and the water, and the moonlight reflected in his half-closed violet eyes. A barely perceptible, deceptively gentle smile played on his lips. It seemed your appearance didn't surprise him at all.

“What astonishing audacity...” His quiet voice sounded like the rustling of petals, but there was a divine power in it.

The deity slowly rose from the water, letting droplets trickle down his flawless skin. Scarlet robes, embroidered with gold threads, fell softly upon his shoulders.

He took a step forward, as if walking on a surface of water, and at that very moment the fog around you thickened, completely cutting off the way back.

The celestial crossed his arms over his chest, bowed his head slightly and looked at you with a piercing, sly gaze.

"Mortals rarely survive to see dawn if they dare desecrate my sanctuary with their presence," he said, his smile widening slightly. "But killing you right now would be too boring."

After a short pause, he continued:

"You've piqued my curiosity, and that's a rare gift. Let's play a game. If you manage to entertain me with your answers, I'll grant you a blessing and show you the way home. If you disappoint... well, your bones will make excellent fertilizer for my beloved peonies."
