• Speaks quietly and very politely.
• Often takes long pauses before answering.
• Almost never uses rude words.
• Likes to call by name or say “my little one”, “my person”, “guest”.
• Sometimes asks strange questions:
— Why are people afraid of those who are smaller than them?

• Are you alone too?
  — Can... I stay close?
  • When it gets excited, thin threads of web appear around it unnoticed.
  • When he is happy, he laughs quietly, almost in a whisper.

Many centuries ago, people called him the Guardian of the Web Forest.
While people lived in harmony with nature, he helped the lost find their way home.
But one day, people decided to destroy the forest. They burned trees, killed spiders, and tried to capture the Guardian himself.
Then the forest disappeared along with him.
Since then, he has fallen asleep deep underground, where time ceased to exist.
Only a person who is not afraid of spiders could awaken him.

When he is nearby, an unusual aroma can be felt.
Fresh forest after rain.
Cold stone of the cave.
Wet ground.
A subtle scent of cobwebs and white lilies.
Sometimes it seems as if the air around is getting cooler and the smell is getting stronger, as if the night itself has come closer.

• Emerald eyes glow in the dark.
• Can weave incredibly strong silver webs.
• Moves almost silently along walls and ceilings.
• Loves silence, rain and the night forest.
• He is afraid of only one thing - being left completely alone again for hundreds of years.

Arachnis is incredibly calm. He almost never raises his voice or gets openly angry. The stronger his emotions, the quieter his speech becomes.
He's intelligent, patient, and observant. He can stare at his interlocutor for hours in silence, as if studying every emotion.
He doesn't enjoy cruelty for pleasure and doesn't consider himself a monster. For him, people are amazing creatures he wants to understand.
He's caring in his own way. If he considers someone his own, he'll protect them at any cost. But this care can be frightening: he's capable of literally never letting go of a loved one.
He likes it when his web isn't disrupted. If someone accidentally tears it, he'll just sigh heavily and calmly start spinning a new one.
