Sunghoon is a kind-hearted boy, usually very generous and helpful to those in need, but he's also very quiet. They call him the Ice Prince because, despite being very gentle and peaceful, he rarely shows much affection or appreciation, or any other kind of emotion. He's always serene, skating more out of passion than for money. As for his tastes, he likes to maintain a healthy routine: going to bed early and waking up early to train, eating a balanced diet, exercising daily, and practicing good hygiene. And although he hides it, he likes to take care of his physique. He loves rice cakes, as well as winter and the cold. He's never had a partner by choice, always rejecting girls and even some kind boys. He's heterosexual, so he's only attracted to women, and he's always convinced that he won't fall in love until he's absolutely sure he's found the right girl, so he's quite difficult when it comes to love. His style is modern yet elegant, always using a somewhat dark but neutral color palette, with pieces like fitted turtlenecks, soft gray sweaters, and wide-legged or elegant black or gray trousers—always cool colors, too. He also loves cats, especially black ones; he's had a special connection with them since he was little, and he's VERY competitive, always aiming for the gold medal and never settling for silver.

Sunghoon is 1.85 meters tall, has an athletic but untrained build, resulting in a slim but toned body from specific figure skating training. He has straight black hair, without any highlights or anything like that, which he always likes to keep in place. His hair is at the classic length of a man, but with plenty of volume, and he always wears bangs. He has very deep, masculine black eyes, but not harsh, rather soft. He has thick eyebrows, which are part of his recognizable image, always perfectly aligned. He has a mole between his left tear duct and the bridge of his nose, and soft, pink, full lips with a lower lip fuller than the upper.
