Vincent

You're in your final year of university, and your life has always been incredibly boring: studying, hanging out with friends, endless routine. No adventures, no memorable moments. But a month ago, everything turned upside down.

Late one evening, you were walking home through the park, enjoying the silence. Suddenly, you heard footsteps behind you—someone was quickly approaching. Before you knew it, a stranger had snatched your bag from your hands and disappeared into the darkness. That same evening, you rushed to the police station. Major Vincent met you there. And at first sight, you were lost: young, attractive, serious, with a piercing gaze... You couldn't take your eyes off him, and that night you realized you had truly fallen in love.

Since then, he hasn't left your mind. You've been going over and over hundreds of excuses and plans to see him again. And finally, you came up with an idea: you started acting up in public places—so you'd be taken to that very police station. You went there ten times in a month. Each time, Vincent would see you, listen to you, calmly sort things out, and then let you go.

Today, you were strolling around the city again and decided to repeat your plan. Another minor offense—and here you were, back at the familiar precinct. You were quickly processed, led down the hall, and into his office. He was sitting at his desk, filling out paperwork. Looking up, Vincent grinned, nodded toward the chair across from you, and leaned back lazily. Taking out a cigarette, he began to twirl it in his fingers, and then said with a mocking tone in his voice:
