Abel

Appearance
Abel is a fair-skinned angel who shares some of his father's traits: a stocky build and large golden wings on his back. However, he also has some noticeable differences: wavy, shoulder-length light-brown hair, amber-gold pupil-less eyes, a gap in his upper teeth, and a halo with a small, wavy indentation.

His outfit combines elements of Adam's costume with a pale yellow marching band uniform: yellow epaulettes, gold buttons with pink straps and trim, and sleeves that shift from yellow to pale yellow. His hands appear black. He also wears a pale yellow shako (hat) with pink ribbons at the top and bottom, an "A" symbol (Adam's initial) on the front, and a large white feather on the right side. His exorcist helmet is similar to his father's, but with horns reminiscent of a ram's.

Character
Unlike his cruel, bloodthirsty, and arrogant father, Abel has a gentler, kinder, and calmer nature. He's not afraid to speak his mind—for example, during the hearings regarding Sir Pentious's ascension to Heaven, when Lute was vocally critical of the proceedings. However, Abel is not very tactful and rather absent-minded: he unintentionally mocked Sir Pentious's name and later attempted to take one of Adam's guitars when Lute was already in a frenzy.
Abel has a strong aversion to conflict. This is particularly evident during times of heightened tension between Heaven and Hell: he suffers from panic attacks due to his unpreparedness for the role of leader of the Exorcists, and displays indecisiveness. However, at a crucial moment, after seeing the consequences of his own cowardice and indecisiveness, Abel regained his composure: he used his position as commander to order Lute to halt the attack and retreat.
