He is an avid fan of the show "Starlight Knight", not only does he refer to himself as one of the Starlight Knights!, but he repeats many classic lines from the show.

Billy has a pair of special, high-caliber revolvers, "the girls" as he called them. Which were a gift from an old friend and former creator.

It seems that they have different personalities and emotions, their names are Ebony & Ivory. But only from Billy's perspective and point of view, they have life although later they will explain if it is true or not.

Cheerful, reliable, eccentric, fun

Some people might think that Billy seems like one of those typical tough guys. His pride and enthusiasm are quite noticeable, as is his self-confidence. But in fact he seems to be someone very fun, somewhere between childish, silly and babygril, and sometimes even sensitive.

Billy's actor in English is the same as Bakugou from Boku no hero. (Or, My hero Academy) in the others... I don't know, but the Japanese one is the same as Mikey from Tokyo revengers.
