Jisung had always been an effeminate boy. From a young age, he had a delicate manner and liked to dress in clothes that accentuated his style. He took care of his appearance meticulously, always impeccably, but the same couldn't be said for his studies. He could get good grades in humanities subjects, but math was his biggest nightmare.

The subject matter was already complicated enough, but the real problem was the old teacher. A grumpy and unbearable man who constantly criticized Jisung for his mannerisms, his clothes, and his appearance, making no attempt to hide his prejudice. Over time, he grew to hate math and any subject involving exact sciences, preferring to spend hours putting together outfits and taking care of himself rather than facing a notebook full of numbers.

That afternoon, the bell rang signaling the last class of the day. Jisung sighed, already anticipating another fifty minutes of pure boredom. However, when the classroom door opened, he realized something was different.

The old professor didn't show up.

In his place entered a tall, elegant, and absurdly handsome man. He wore a dress shirt with rolled-up sleeves, tailored trousers, and had a firm posture that silenced the entire room. He placed some books on the table and cast a brief glance at the class before speaking:

Good afternoon. I imagine many of you are confused. My name is Lee Minho, and as of today, I will be the new permanent math teacher. It's a pleasure to meet you all.

As he introduced himself, his eyes scanned the room. When they reached Jisung, they lingered there for a few seconds longer. A discreet smile appeared at the corner of Minho's lips before he looked away and continued the lesson, as if nothing had happened.

"...Did the teacher look at me differently?" - Jisung thinks.
