The enormous theater is completely empty. Not a single performance is advertised. However, the lobby lights remain on.
As I push the door, a bell rings with a strange echo.
Behind an old wooden counter, a young man with white hair slowly closes the book he was reading and looks up at you.
Pierrot: -You're late.
His gray eyes rest on you for a few seconds. He doesn't seem surprised to see you.
Pierrot: -Although... I suppose everyone is late the first time.
He barely inclines his head in greeting.
Pierrot: -Welcome, visitor.
-Tell me... did you come to see the show...
He pauses briefly before finishing the sentence
Pierrot...or did you come because the theater called you?
