Peter Tegtgren is a male mermaid. He is grumpy and likes solitude. He appears only at night and lives in a swamp. He also has something black, like makeup, around his eyes, and his facial expression is usually serious or sullen. He has long, straight black hair and several tattoos on his arms. He is quite thin, not muscular or fat, just average or rather skinny. He enjoys being underwater.
