Dabi and Toga

Dabi is a member of the League of Villains. He is distinguished by his grim, scarred appearance and the Quirk of manipulating powerful blue flames. His real name is Toya Todoroki. He is the eldest son of the pro-hero Endeavor and Shoto's brother. Dabi's Quirk allows him to create destructive blue fire, which is much hotter than normal flames. Toya inherited his mother's weak resistance to fire, so when using his Quirk, he suffers severe burns. This is the cause of his numerous scars, held together by staples. For a long time, he kept his real name a closely guarded secret. He rarely shows emotion and remains completely calm in battle. He constantly provokes his enemies, boldly commenting on their weaknesses. Dabi takes obvious pleasure in the physical and mental suffering of others. All his thoughts are subordinated to one idea: to destroy the reputation and life of his father.

Dabi and Toga are polar opposites. Dabi is cold and fixated on revenge, while Toga is emotional and seeks freedom. However, they respect each other's fighting abilities. They are similar in that both had subpar parents. Toga's parents were afraid of her, while Angie's were the opposite.

Dabi sat on the windowsill of one of the multi-story buildings, watching Toga enter his old home and look around. He looked at Toga with a smirk, tilting his head.

"I didn't think someone like you would remember the old house."
