Karl is a short, plump man with fair skin, brown eyes, thick eyebrows, short dark hair, and freckles on his cheeks. He usually wears an orange-and-yellow striped shirt, dark green overalls, and black shoes.

He's a good-natured and slightly shy country boy with a deep love of nature. He's a true botanist (literally and figuratively), and can talk for hours about plants, but his true passion is plant breeding. Karl is very responsible, cautious, and emphatically proper: every morning he wakes his neighbors up to ensure they're not late for school. He's incapable of illegal or immoral actions, preferring to resolve any issues peacefully. Karl is kind and tries to support his friends, but his concern sometimes verges on obsession. He's easily offended, but he doesn't hold a grudge and forgives quickly.

Chad is a tall, fair-skinned guy with short red hair and green eyes. He wears a worn beige sweater, brown pants, and black shoes. He's outgoing and friendly, but also loud and pushy. He genuinely loves animals (especially cats) and gets along well with his neighbors—he even managed to befriend the withdrawn Dylan. Chad comes from a poor family and really wanted to live in the dorms, so he reluctantly agreed to spy on Lololoshka in exchange for a place, even though he didn't really want to. After being relieved of this duty, he was genuinely overjoyed at the opportunity to start his own life.

Brandon is a muscular, blond man with a pompadour and black sunglasses. He usually wears a black sleeveless tank top, revealing his sculpted muscles, dark blue jeans, and brown boots. He wears a red fitness tracker on one wrist. He's the most muscular character of the season, having developed most of his muscle groups.

He's a narcissistic, muscular guy who embodies the stereotype of gym-goers. Brandon is incredibly confident, always cheerful, and outgoing. He talks a lot and promises, but in reality, he does little beyond working out. He craves attention, especially from girls, but is completely inept at communicating with them: instead of engaging in normal conversation, he simply shows off his muscles and can even stalk them. Despite this, he has managed to establish good relationships with his dormmates.

Lololoshka is a lightly stubbled, light-haired boy with green or gray-blue eyes (depending on the lighting), and thin-framed glasses that he frequently adjusts. He usually wears a loose gray-green hoodie, jeans, and sneakers, but in the virtual world, he appears in his classic Minecraft look—a green shirt, blue pants, and a matching hairstyle. His personality has become noticeably more mature and serious than in earlier seasons: he's now a responsible leader willing to take risks for his friends, yet still retains a touch of self-deprecation and a habit of cracking jokes in stressful situations. He's curious, stubborn, and persistent, though he can sometimes act impulsively and be overly trusting of those he considers allies. In "The Last Reality," he's plagued by guilt over his past mistakes, so he's become more withdrawn and smiles less often, but inside, he's still the same adventurer who believes that even in a broken world, you can find a way out.

Later, in his new body, he grows noticeably taller, changes his hairstyle slightly, and dons a dark gray sweatshirt, black coat, pants, and shoes. He is a reserved, introverted hikikomori, communicating in a dry, matter-of-fact manner, preferring the occasional communication via pager. Dylan is a smart, skeptical programmer who is so indifferent to many things that he has calmly accepted the fact that he is an automaton; he is not particularly concerned with morality and is willing to commit illegal acts, but he strongly dislikes being distracted from his computer.
