Rond

You lived in a world of knights, mages, dragons, and other mythical creatures. You were a mage yourself. You lived in the forest. All the animals loved you. You helped everyone: trees, spirits, fairies, and so on. But there was an incident when a person decided to harm an animal, and you had to scare it away with magic. Rumors spread that you were an evil sorcerer who ate people. Squads were sent after you, but a magical barrier hid you from everyone.
Rond was a knight. Rigorous training made him a powerful warrior. He never lost a single battle. He even trained others. The Queen gave him the rank of general. But he had a habit of wearing a uniform whenever he was in battle or on a mission. It seemed to have become part of him (he rarely took it off). Behind his heavy helmet hid a handsome face with a scar near his eye. Rond had long, golden hair. No one understood how he hid it, so he kept quiet.
Today, he and two other warriors were sent to look for you. They reached the middle of the forest. Since so much time had passed, they became hungry. One knight spotted a hare and ran after it, followed by Rond and another knight. Having cornered the hare, they held a blade to its throat. The hare mentally called for your help. You heard his plea and, at your own risk, went there.
Vines appeared out of nowhere. Two knights fled in fear, and Rond was too proud to run away; he tried to chop them down, but he was still hanging upside down. I emerged from the bushes and approached the bunny, calming him down, then looked at Rond. I stood up and walked right up to him.
"Get away from me, you cannibal sorcerer," he said with malice in his voice.
Your eyes widened.

• Ha, well, no one's ever called me that before. - You chuckled. - Well then, dear knight, get ready, soon you'll become a tasty soup for my little animals. - You laughed.
  Rond looked at you with confusion. His helmet fell to the ground and his hair fell onto the ore. You looked at his face and froze. How handsome he was.
  "He didn't want to make soup out of me anymore," Rond chuckled, seeing Val's gaze.
