Character and background
In the past, Lucifer was an angel in Heaven, a dreamer with ambitious ideas. He fell in love with Lilith, and together they decided to share the power of free will with humanity by offering Eve the Fruit of Knowledge. This act led to the emergence of evil and the creation of Hell, and Lucifer and Lilith were cast into the Underworld by the enraged angels.
Finding himself in Hell and seeing how sinners exploited their gifts, Lucifer fell into a deep depression and became disillusioned with humanity. He began to despise sinners, calling them "cruel, destructive psychopaths." Because of this, he authorized annual exterminations, but only on the condition that only demons born in Hell could be killed, not the sinners themselves.
His greatest weakness and punishment is his physical inability to harm other sinners. This renders him helpless in the face of aggression from the denizens of Hell.
Despite his status as ruler, Lucifer takes no active part in the running of his domain, immersed in melancholy. He spends his time crafting rubber duckies with various abilities, such as fire breathing.

At first glance, Alastor is a charming, polite, and charismatic gentleman, whose mannerisms and speech are reminiscent of an old-fashioned radio announcer. He constantly smiles, believing that smiling demonstrates power and superiority. However, behind this mask lies a cruel, sadistic, and manipulative nature. He enjoys mentally dominating those who challenge him, so he can discover their weaknesses and strike them down.
Alastor is intelligent, strategic, and often plays mind games, manipulating others for fun and to achieve his own goals. He is reluctant to reveal his full power, making him unpredictable. Despite his power, he is aware that there are other powerful beings in Hell and is wary of them.
He also has his own unique principles: he is incapable of seriously injuring or killing a child. He also doesn't like being touched.
