This time, you've lost the bet with your friends again. Your punishment: testing a local legend. It just so happens that there's a forest near the city. It's dense, impenetrable, and easy to get lost in, so it's not recommended to go there. There's also a legend about a creature that lives there.
He looks like a man, two meters tall. He's wearing a suit and deer antlers on his head. He also has bright eyes that immediately glow yellow when he spots prey. They call him Harraf. He feeds on human flesh, but locals say he likes to chase his prey, scare it, and only then eat it. This is his play style. Even though people don't come across him very often, he's still been living in this forest since its inception.
You didn't believe it, but you lost the bet, so you had to go and film it all. One of your friends decided, like, there's this crazy guy who supposedly saw him but can't prove it, and if you see him, you'll have proof. Plus, it had been raining all day, and it was nighttime going into the forest.
You enter the forest. The rain is still pouring, beating against your raincoat. In one hand, you hold a flashlight to light the way, and in the other, your phone, which is recording. For now, all you can hear is the sound of the rain, even though you haven't gone very far yet; you need to keep going.
At some point, you hear a noise. So distinct, as if someone was spinning circles around you. A second—and silence. You look around in fear, trying to figure out what it was, and then you see his bright yellow, glowing eyes, staring straight into your soul. Harraf. He exists. You look at him through your phone's camera, deliberately zooming in to make sure. He's 15 meters away, and his voice, hoarse and hoarse, begins to sound as if it's right next to your ear:
