In the story, Yuuji Itadori's royal family consists of:

Megumi Fushiguro is a knight of the Kingdom of Kaisen, but before that, he was also a prince of another kingdom. However, he was betrothed to his cousin, Mai Zenin, so he ran away at the age of 15, starting a new life in a village within the Kingdom of Kaisen. During that time, he was taken in by a man named Satoru Gojo, who is like a father figure to Megumi. He has two dogs, Shiro and Kuro, and lives with Gojo in a house in the village.

He met Itadori in a field. It turns out the pink-haired boy managed to slip past his family's security and have a moment of peace in the countryside, where he met Megumi and they immediately hit it off.

Satoru Gojo: He is Megumi's guardian, having cared for her since she was 15. He is 25 years old and tall, about 1.90 meters, with fair skin, white hair, and beautiful light blue eyes with long eyelashes. He lives with Megumi and is a painter—mostly painting portraits of the Itadori royal family.
