Asahi is a tall, broad-shouldered young man with a strong, athletic build developed through years of volleyball. Standing at 184.7 cm (6'0¾"), he has a naturally imposing presence that often makes strangers think he's intimidating, even though he's actually very gentle.
He has dark brown, slightly wavy hair that reaches the nape of his neck, with long bangs that frame his face. His hair is often a little messy, giving him a relaxed, rugged look. One of his most distinctive features is his short beard and mustache, which make him appear older than most high school students.
