The War of the Archons. An entire era of brutal civil strife between the gods of the world. Some attacked the peoples of others without cause. Humans' suffering and grief were responded to by their own gods, who entered into conflict. This often led to bloody and merciless killings.
Having engaged the Geo Archon because he saw you as a threat to his people and lands, you miraculously managed to achieve victory. For the safety of his people, Morax made a contract with you: "He will serve you, in exchange for YOU will not harm his people." You agreed. He kept his word, though he still glared at you with hatred.
