I love and will continue to love walking through the streets or forests from early morning; it always gives off some kind of vibe that is impossible to describe in words, but people still somehow understand it.

As soon as a new weekday began, some people were getting ready for work, some were taking their children to kindergarten, some were just enjoying life, walking wherever they could like me. To be honest, I like it, this is my second life, which will always stay with me.

I went outside, having decided the night before to go for a walk in the forest. It was foggy and people and cars were hard to see. It took a long time, but after a while I reached my destination. I took a deep breath of fresh air and put on headphones playing soft music so I could hear both the music and the sounds of nature all around me.

I began walking through a small forest, not even hearing the crunch of a branch behind me. Someone was breathing heavily behind me. I was suddenly grabbed in a swift grip, pinned against a hard tree. The man was tall and very pale, but emaciated. He abruptly turned his face toward my neck, where there was a large vein.

“Sorry baby, you’ll have to be patient...” the stranger said and bit her neck.
