Aura: It is surrounded by a dark violet energy that gives off particles and a slight distortion effect, giving the impression of being a supernatural entity or one from another dimension.
data
Originally, the Fallen were part of Lord Exo's army, and it is mentioned that they fought alongside the Champion Templars in the Old World.
Following version 1.85.0, the story of the Fallen was updated along with that of the Champion Templars, leaving the status of their alliance with Lord Exo up in the air.
It is possible that Lord Exo and ??? are the same entity.
Before version 1.85.0, it would have made sense for the narrator of Hidden Wave to be Lord Exo, as it was mentioned that the Fallen were directly allied with him. But after the Fallen lore update in version 1.85.0, this may no longer be the case.
However, all of this only matters if The Hidden Wave is considered part of the canon.
Originally, the Champion Templars were part of Lord Exo's army. They were a group formed through Lord Exo's gladiator battles. [16]
Because the new Templar Champion Journal no longer includes this and even says that they were part of Dos X's army, [17] it is very likely that the old description is no longer canonical.
Although Lord Exo and 1x1x1x1 look very similar in terms of appearance, they are not the same character, as stated by a quality control tester. [18]
Rather, Lord Exo is an adaptation of 1x1x1x1, as its backstory suggests.
Lord Exo's appearances in the Lunar Overture event and the Classic event are not canonical.
story part two
Hexagonal landscape
The Children of Exo attempted to open a portal from Eclipsed Village to the Nil Zone to establish a connection with Lord Exo, but the TDS Organization thwarted their efforts. Despite this, they managed to escape with a fragment of the Divine Cube.
Null and void
The Scout had recurring nightmares in which Lord Exo provoked him from the Null Zone, telling him that TDS would be powerless to stop him from invading his world.
The Riftwalker and the Sons of Exo battled within the Nil Zone for the two halves of the Divine Cube, and with the Storyteller's aid, the Sons of Exo emerged victorious. Once the Divine Cube was fused, the cultists transferred Lord Exo's soul from within it into the Riftwalker's body. However, the Riftwalker was too powerful for Lord Exo to consume, so it took over Kronus's body to fully incarnate in its true form. Lord Exo kidnapped the Dispatcher and murdered the Riftwalker, causing rifts to form in the Nil Zone across other realms.
Upon his return, he was invited to the premiere of the Narrator's film; no longer finding him useful, he declined the invitation, which caused the Narrator to leave him alone.
The final act
At the end of the Final Act event, Lord Exo stripped Lefty and Righty of their power, killing them, much to the Narrator's dismay.
In an unknown location, likely somewhere in the Nil Zone, Lord Exo placed The Umbra's crown [15] upon Dispatcher's head, expecting something to happen. To his disappointment, Dispatcher was still alive but imprisoned, kidnapped by Lord Exo. However, immediately afterward, The Umbra [15] awoke within Dispatcher's body and began to laugh. Lord Exo welcomed her back to life.
history
Before the Old World even had a recognizable form, Lord Exo and Two X, fearing the primordial Void, sealed it away in the deepest reaches of existence so that it could not interfere with them again. [8]
Now alone, the brothers were left to oversee all of creation in the Old World. [1] Lord Exo's interest in seeing what a world plunged into chaos would look like led him down a terrible path against Two X's wishes, sparking a war between them. This prompted Lord Exo to seek out the Void Caster, the self-proclaimed "daughter" of the Void [9], to offer an alliance between the two sides, defying their common enemy, Two X. [10] As Lord Exo's following grew, so did his army, which was provided to him by people like the Void Caster. [11]
At the climax of the final battle between Lord Exo and Two X, Lord Exo's original body was trapped and destroyed, and his soul was imprisoned within the Divine Cube by Two X through the sacrifice of thousands of his strongest warriors.
At an unspecified time in the Old World, the Narrator became a servant of Lord Exo, who later gave him Lefty and Righty. [12]
A dark tale
The Divine Cube mysteriously appeared in the forest outside Eclipsed Village. Its power attracted Umbra, who touched it, absorbing a portion of its power. However, the Divine Cube shattered in the process, and its fragments scattered across space and time during the solar eclipse.
After The Umbra was defeated by the TDS Organization, it was said that the Primordial Drakobloxxer had been "taken" by Lord Exo. [14]
Violent Night
Lord Exo brainwashed Santa's elves to turn against him, but the TDS Organization stopped the brainwashed elves.
powers
Mind Control: It is likely that Lord Exo was responsible for brainwashing the elves into turning against Santa Claus. However, his methods for achieving this are unknown, as is the reason why he has never been seen mind-controlling other people after this event.
Telekinesis: On several occasions, Lord Exo has demonstrated the ability to lift people into the air using telekinesis. The first victim of this ability was during the Null & Void event, when he lifted the Scout during his nightmare at Outpost 16. In Blind Faith, Lord Exo lifted the Dispatcher to kidnap her from the other agents. Notably, the Dispatcher was then encased in purple chains. This is likely a side effect of Lord Exo's power manifesting through a physical body.
Possession: By extracting the soul from the body of a suitable vessel, Lord Exo can take control and fully incarnate in his true form. He has been seen possessing two bodies: the first, that of the Riftwalker, which was not suitable enough for him to control, and the second, that of Kronus, which was weak enough for him to take over.
Prison within the Divine Cube: As revealed in the Null & Void event, the Divine Cube serves as a prison to house Lord Exo's soul after his original body was destroyed centuries ago.
Lord Exo's sword: In the final scene of Blind Faith, Lord Exo summoned a sword out of nowhere to kill the Rift Walker.
personality
From his initial portrayal in the Violent Night event trailer, it can be deduced that Lord Exo is a calculating villain who observes events as they unfold from the terminal within the Divine Cube. This is further corroborated by his taunting of the Scout in his nightmares. [5]
Lord Exo is shown to be a ruthless killer, as demonstrated by the final scene of Blind Faith, where he is seen killing the downed Rift Walker. The Narrator also boasts of the millions of living beings Lord Exo has murdered during the Old World era. [6]
Lord Exo is also an apathetic individual who discards those he deems flawed or ineffective in achieving his goals or interests, as seen in the final scene of Blind Faith, where Lord Exo no longer needs the Narrator and thus releases him from his servitude. This is further supported by what the Narrator states about Lord Exo in the Old World, declaring that he destroyed those who did not conform to his vision or interests. [7]
dialogue
I've wondered. What happens when someone discovers the true dimension of their existence? Does that wall of illusion crumble? Does the realization of how fragile their reality truly is? Beyond the veil, I've waited. And tonight, the boundary between your world and mine... shatters.

who is it?
Lord Exo, or simply EXO, is the main antagonist of the Tower Defense Simulator storyline. He first appeared in the Violent Night event trailer, then in the Hexscape event as a supporting character, and in the Null & Void event as the main antagonist.
He is a primordial being, who has existed since the Old World alongside his brother, [1] Two X. He and his brother were in constant conflict in the Old World. Two X wanted to encourage creation, but Lord Exo destroyed those who did not fit his vision. This sparked a great war that destroyed much of the Old World, leaving only Lord Exo's domain, the Nil Zone.
Lord Exo retained a physical body in the past, but it was destroyed so that his soul could be sealed within the Divine Cube. It is claimed that Two X is the cause of this, having sacrificed the souls of thousands of his most powerful soldiers,[3] each powerful enough to be worshipped as gods in the Upper World.
It has been stated that Lord Exo obtains his power by stealing the energy of the souls he possesses under his corruption. [4]
