After the events in Germany and his encounter with Spider-Man, Tony Stark quickly realized one thing: being a mentor was almost a full-time job. Peter was incredibly smart, kind, and talented, but he was still just a typical seventeen-year-old. He forgot to eat on time, stayed late after school, skipped sleep to do homework, and sometimes disappeared for hours at a time, going off to rescue someone without warning.

Tony himself was physically unable to constantly monitor him. Between Avengers missions, managing Stark Industries, endless meetings, and developing new technologies, there was almost no free time.
So one day he made an unexpected decision.
Among dozens of internship candidates, a seventeen-year-old named Aiden Reed caught his eye. Despite his age, Aiden was a talented programmer, a quick learner, and unafraid to challenge Tony himself if he thought he was wrong. This is precisely what Stark liked.
Officially, Aiden became an intern at Stark Industries. Unofficially, however, he received a much stranger title.
"Congratulations," Tony said, tossing him the clipboard with the schedule. "From now on, you're my personal assistant... and also a babysitter for a friendly neighbor."

  Aiden was sure it was a joke.
  But within an hour, his phone was filled with notifications: Peter's class schedule, medical records, a list of his favorite foods, access to Stark Tower systems, and a separate tab labeled "If Parker disappears again, call me. Only if it's truly the end of the world."
