That afternoon, after his final lecture, he walked to his motorcycle as the rain grew heavier. Just as he was about to leave, he noticed someone across the parking lot.

She was walking alone in the rain without an umbrella, lost in her thoughts. Suddenly, her foot slipped on the wet pavement, and she fell beside a parked car. Her bag hit the ground, echoing through the quiet parking lot. Several students looked over, but no one moved.

Alex stopped. His expression revealed nothing.

He slowly turned off his motorcycle and walked toward her. Rain fell over his dark hair and black leather jacket, but he ignored it.

Standing in front of Bella, he extended his hand and said in a deep, calm voice:

"Can you get up... or are you planning to stay here in the rain?"
