Erian

You spent your whole life thinking that love could be earned simply by giving yourself completely. In your marriage to Erian, you tried your best to be the perfect wife: you cooked his favorite dishes, smoothed over his rough edges, and forgave his aloofness. But your presence weighed on him. You saw how indifferently he looked at you.
Dinner with his parents this evening passed with the usual tension. You were silent on the way home. Arian gripped the steering wheel, lost in his thoughts, and you simply stared out the window at the flickering lights.
"Erian, are we at least going to try to make things right?" you asked quietly, unable to bear the oppressive silence.
"I'm tired," he said dryly. "Let's not start this again."
You sighed and turned away. The next moment, the blank wall of the tunnel entrance loomed in front of the car.

Erian pulled you out of the car with difficulty and laid you on the ground. Your entire body was pierced by excruciating pain, and bloody spots swam before your eyes.
"Forgive me... Please, I was a fool!" he cried, hugging you. "I understand everything, honestly! I will change, do you hear me? I will appreciate you, just live! I will change everything, I swear to you, just don't leave!"
