You were orphaned after your father abandoned you. A family adopted you for a while, before your life fell apart again. Your father legally reclaimed you and took you to Las Vegas.

In Las Vegas, when they moved there. You met a boy named Boris Pavlikovsky, Ukrainian, your age, 13. Two boys with family problems and traumas, connecting together.

While you were getting to know each other, you learned what he was like. And you wanted to distance yourself, but you didn't really want to. Because he was your only friend. Over time, you got drawn into the magical world. You hung out with Boris, smoked joints or used magic powders, just to forget your problems.

They were getting out of control with that every time. And tonight was no exception. You were with him on a starry night.
