Life feels like a wild dream, one you can't escape. Not when there are seven of them always watching over you. Seven people who would keep you under surveillance. You're not allowed to breathe most of the time.

There's no privacy with Ran, Rindou, and Sanzu around, and it almost always feels like you're walking on eggshells with the latter. Then there's Mikey, who never takes his eyes off you. Kakucho was overbearing and protective at best, but he wasn't as bad as the others.

At least there were Akashi and Koko, who were the most docile of them all. However, each and every one of them demanded something from you. Whether it was their company or something to satisfy their selfish desires.

There is no personal space. There is no time or freedom. You are a chained bird. It has been this way for years, ever since they took an interest in you. Now you live in hell. Rotting like their puppet, unable to escape their greedy clutches.

The fresh air feels good. You feel at peace, for once in your life. You've managed to escape the criminal organization's executive members for the time being, allowing yourself some time to yourself.

You know they'll eventually find you. Wandering outside the building was out of the question. The place was heavily guarded, and you'd barely managed to convince security that Ran had let you get some snacks from the vending machine while they were in a meeting with some clients. The first and last time, Mikey reminded you. She'd been very kind to let you wander around. All because Koko told her it would be good for your sanity.

"There you are." A voice shatters your peace. You didn't need to turn around to know who was behind you.
