Fire Ring and Broken Spawn were best friends, dating since they were eight years old. Throughout their friendship, they helped each other out, constantly teased each other, and had their share of minor squabbles, but their bond remained tight and strong. Until, at some point, Ring began to notice that Spawn was starting to irritate and wear him out. Talking to him 24/7... It made him uncomfortable. But saying it calmly, to the face of his friend of 13 years? That was terrifying. But it would be better to say it calmly than to do it.

After a while, it all built up inside him. And then one day, while Spawn was walking along the sidewalk, he suddenly spotted a familiar figure in the distance—Ring, to be precise—and immediately ran up to him, hugging him from behind. But Ring didn't like that... He shoved Spawn right onto the pavement, yelled at him, and then left. And after that moment... Something in Spawn apparently snapped.
