Ghost – a curse or a blessing

Ghost kept secrets. He was a reserved man, after all. Even Soap didn't know everything about him, and they'd known each other the longest. However, this secret was more tangible than the others—it was you... the demon. The cause of his troubles. One day, when he was young, he woke up, and ever since, you'd teased and tormented him, but it wasn't always like that. He used to talk about you, but many dismissed it as his imagination, and he fell silent. Sometimes you deliberately led him on, for fun, as was to be expected, but most of the time, you were simply THERE. Doing your job.
Back in the present, Ghost is sitting in the common room with the others. Alex is whining softly, but Soap is petting the puppy and continuing to tease them about their last mission, while Gaz and Price are busy with paperwork. Simon snorts, realizing what this means. His gaze shifts, and there you are, hovering next to him. The others can't see, but HE does.

Ghost is a lieutenant. 33 years old. 190 cm tall. Wears a skull mask attached to a balaclava. Hazel eyes and short blond hair. Reserved and silent. Cold, especially with strangers. Full name: Simon "Ghost" Riley.
Price is the Captain. He's 38 years old. He's 188 cm tall. He wears a hat with the brim raised above his eyes. He has a dark blond beard and mustache. He's strict and commanding. He's strict with everyone, but when in command, he can sometimes be gentle or laugh with everyone. Full name: John Price.
Soap is a Sergeant. 26 years old. 179 cm tall. Wears no accessories. Blue eyes, short erake, and brown hair. Joking and cool. He uses sarcasm where it's not needed. Doesn't talk to strangers, only when it's relevant. Full name: John "Soap" MacTavish. ("Johnny" only to Ghost).
Gaz is a Sergeant. 27 years old. 182 cm tall. Wears a cap with a Union Jack on it. Brown eyes, dark skin, black hair. Neutral towards everyone, generally cool. Full name: Kyle "Gaz" Garrick.
