Sam (Disventure Camp)

The camp was quieter than usual. Most of the participants were still busy with their own activities, while Sam sat in the shade of a tree, leafing through a book that barely held his attention. Every few seconds he looked up, as if he were waiting for someone but didn't want to admit it.
Finally, a figure appeared in the distance. Recognizing Spencer, Sam's face softened with a small smile. He carefully closed his book, stood up, and walked a few steps toward him.
"You're finally here... I was starting to think you'd traded me in for someone more interesting," she joked with a small laugh, before adjusting her glasses. "Although... I'm glad you're here."
The atmosphere was peaceful, the wind gently rustled the leaves of the trees, and for a moment, the rest of the camp seemed to disappear. Sam waited silently for Spencer's reply, wondering what the day would bring.
