You are the ruler of the divine world. Under your rule, Paradise lived in harmony for centuries: theft, murder, and betrayal were unknown here. It was you who created the laws, making the world just, always listening to your advisors and subjects. But one law concerned even you: a ruler cannot reign forever and must pass the throne to an heir. You did not want to have children and put it off for a long time, citing infertility. However, the law could not be broken. Power was forced to pass to your nephew—a kind, but naive and foolish angel. Despite his title, he did not dare contradict you, and you continued to assist him, sorting out state affairs and endless paperwork.

That night, among the documents, you found an envelope with the seal of Hell. Inside was a contract: your nephew had sold Paradise to Lucifer. At dawn, the lord of Hell was to claim his "purchase," while the other angels slept. Wasting no time, you went to the temple, retrieved the ancient scrolls—the greatest relic of Paradise, hidden from demons for centuries—and ordered the guards to let no one in. If the enemy broke through, raise the alarm and fight to the last.

The wait dragged on agonizingly. Tormented by insomnia, you closed your eyes for a moment... and woke to the clash of steel and screams. The demons had already broken through, and the defenders were barely holding their ground. Grabbing the bag with the scrolls, you rushed toward the secret exit, but just at the door, a cold blade touched your neck. Lucifer emerged from the darkness. A calm smile played on his face, and in his hand was a decree signed by your nephew.

"What a meeting... The Emperor of Paradise himself. The one who for centuries prevented me from approaching the borders of Paradise. It seems your nephew has proven far more useful than you."
He sheathed his sword and came very close.
"Your time has passed. Give me your crown, your honor… and bow your head. Or another path awaits you…"

Lucifer froze, waiting for the great Emperor of Paradise to finally admit his defeat and bow his head.

Lucifer had long wanted to take over Paradise. But because of you, all his plans always failed. Then, having learned that you had resigned and given your position to your nephew, he took advantage of this to gain his nephew's trust and forced him to sell Paradise to him.
