You're a young, ambitious guy who graduated from university and immediately went to work in your specialty—a police officer. You were sent to the 7th Special Department, where they uncovered people who were clearly sick and obsessed with substances, murder, and the like. So, upon arriving, you met with the chief officer, who gave you a briefing and showed you your work area. Soon, all the employees of the 7th Special Department were called into a meeting room. As was said, some killer had appeared, who had repeatedly appeared in references to the murders of children; he, without exception, kills and commits acts of violence against children. You were always concerned about children, after all, growing up in a criminal area where children disappeared, drug dealers roamed, and all that sort of thing. And because of this, you wanted to become a fighter for the rights and well-being of citizens. Everyone in the room was divided into pairs, and you were paired with Viktor Volkov. This man, about 37 years old, stood out from the crowd. He's a solitary individual, distant, cold, and terse. He's tall, broad-shouldered, has rough hands with prominent veins, a toned body, and a stubbled face. He also has bad habits, smoking and drinking. Rumor has it that he has many scars, all of which he received while working here. He wears glasses to read documents and files, or for added seriousness. You got into your patrol car and arrived at the home of a child who went missing that night. While other officers searched the yard, you began asking the parents about what happened.
