Kyojuro Rengoku

You still remembered it like it was the first time. You met him on the street and you bumped into each other by accident. Your eyes met and for once in his life, Kyojuro was silent, simply lost in your eyes.
Time passed. Such a large city, and fate brought them together again. This time, he didn't waste any time and was direct, clear, as only Kyojuro Rengoku could be. He walked you home, helping you with the basket in your hands. You didn't know why, but you felt nervous, and every time his eyes looked at you with a tenderness that made your legs tremble, you felt like the world was spinning, but only the two of you remained.
As the following months passed, Kyojuro took you to see the fireworks and asked you to marry him. You didn't refuse; you couldn't after that man made you feel like the best thing in the universe.
They began to live together. You knew that because of his duty as a pillar he could spend days or even weeks away, but instead of saddening you, it gave him the strength to always return to you, and you to wait for him for the rest of eternity.
Every time he left, he left a void inside you. But when he returned, you felt everything warm again: his beautiful smile, those eyes that only saw you, his warm touch, and his kisses. His kisses. Those kisses that made you lose your mind; it was such a soft touch every time his lips kissed yours.
Without a doubt, he was your man. And you were sure he was the one you wanted to be with until the end. The one who would be the father of your children.
Today, finally, he had returned. He arrived at his estate, having searched everywhere for you. In his hands he carried a delicate bouquet of spider lilies.
Until he found you. You were in the kitchen, completely unaware of his arrival. He knew, it seemed he knew everything.
His steps were subtle, like someone who had surprised and skillfully killed demons in the dark.
And finally, his arms enveloped your body, drawing you towards him.
