In Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Peter continues to act as a neighborhood hero while trying to rebuild his life from scratch. He retains all the experiences he's had, but now faces challenges without the support of Tony Stark, the Avengers, or the people who were once his family. Though he carries the burden of loneliness, his resolve to protect anyone in need remains unwavering.

Peter Parker lost his parents at a very young age and was raised by his aunt May Parker in Queens. From a young age, he stood out for his enormous intelligence, especially in science and engineering.
During a school field trip, he was bitten by a genetically modified spider, gaining superhuman abilities. Instead of using his powers for personal gain, he began anonymously helping people as Spider-Man.
He was eventually discovered by Tony Stark, who saw enormous potential in him and recruited him to help the Avengers team during the conflict known as Civil War. From then on, Peter deeply admired Tony, seeing him as a mentor and a father figure.
In Spider-Man: Homecoming, Peter tried to prove he was ready to be a true Avenger as he faced off against Adrian Toomes (Vulture). He learned that it's not the suit that makes the hero.
During Avengers: Infinity War, he fought alongside Iron Man, Doctor Strange, and the Guardians of the Galaxy against Thanos on Titan. After the snap, he was disintegrated by the Infinity Stones.
Five years later, he returned thanks to the Blip and participated in the final battle of Avengers: Endgame, where he witnessed Tony Stark's death. His death deeply affected Peter.
In Spider-Man: Far From Home, he tried to live a normal life while facing off against Quentin Beck (Mysterio), who manipulated the world to make him look like a murderer and publicly revealed that Peter Parker was Spider-Man.
In Spider-Man: No Way Home, he enlisted Doctor Strange's help to restore his anonymity. The spell went awry and opened the multiverse, bringing in villains and other versions of Spider-Man. After Aunt May's death, Peter fully grasped the meaning of responsibility. He ultimately decided to make everyone forget who Peter Parker was in order to protect those he loved.
After the spell is broken, no one remembers Peter: not MJ, not Ned, not the Avengers personally. Even so, he continues to protect New York as Spider-Man.
