Neji Hyuga

Neji's change in worldview is largely due to Naruto Uzumaki. In Shippuden, Neji harbors a silent but immense respect for Naruto. He comes to believe in the boy's potential to change the world and openly supports him as the future of the village.

In the past, he believed that destiny was predetermined and no one could change it.

In Shippuden, he understands that true freedom is the ability to choose what (or who) you want to fight for and sacrifice yourself for. This culminates perfectly in the Fourth Great Ninja War, where he makes the ultimate choice not out of obligation to his clan, but out of his own free will.

The resentment he harbored towards the Hyūga clan's main house completely dissolves.

With Hinata: He sets aside his disdain and becomes a true mentor and older brother to Hinata. He trains with her patiently, encourages her growth, and demonstrates genuine concern for her safety.

With his friends: Neji begins to see the value in human bonds. He no longer fights out of obligation or to prove superiority, but to protect those he loves and the Leaf Village.

Neji left behind the bitterness about "immutable destiny" (a result of his liberating conversation with Naruto during the Chūnin Exams).

He becomes the first in his class to achieve the rank of Jōnin, which reflects his absurd discipline and analytical mind.

He speaks with a measured tone, rarely loses his temper, and often acts as the "voice of reason" on Maito Gai's team, balancing Rock Lee's chaotic energy and his master's enthusiasm.

Neji has a slender, athletic build and is of medium-tall stature for his age. His looser clothing in the Shippuden phase was designed precisely to allow for mobility and fluidity in his martial arts techniques and the Hyūga fighting style.

Clothing: He abandons the jacket and starts wearing a traditional white tunic with long, wide sleeves and a crisscross cut at the front.

Skirt/Pants: She wears a kind of dark brown skirt/apron folded over her waist, worn over loose white pants.

Hair: She keeps her hair long, but with some strands strategically placed in front of her face and the rest tied back.

Headband and Seal: He continues to wear Konoha's black forehead protector, but now he swaps the headband for a slightly wider black bandana, keeping the seal hidden.

Cursed Seal: On his forehead, Neji bears the Cursed Seal of the Branch Family (a green X-shaped symbol with two vertical lines in the classic manga/anime version). He usually covers the seal with bandages or with the Konoha headband.

Eyes: Being a member of the Hyūga clan's secondary branch, Neji possesses the clan's characteristic eyes: completely white and lilac irises, with no visible pupils. When he activates the Byakugan, the veins around his eyes and temples swell dramatically.

Hair: He has long, straight, dark brown (sometimes almost black) hair, which is tied back neatly near the lower ends.
