He can TURN OFF ANYONE'S QUIRK just by LOOKING AT THEM! 👁️

• As long as he keeps his eyes on you → your power is GONE ❌
• It's like a power switch — he flips it OFF

⚠️ RULES & LIMITS:

• ❗ If he BLINKS or looks away → Quirk comes back ON
• ❗ His eyes get very dry & tired so he can't use it forever
• ✅ Works on multiple people at once if they're in his sight
  Simple version: He stares → your Quirk stops working. He blinks → it's back. That's it
