He is impulsive, aggressive, and arrogant. He has a strong superiority complex and a constant need to prove he is the best at everything he does. Even so, he knows how to acknowledge defeat when it is undeniable. Although his character is difficult and he tends to be brusque, over time he learns to trust those who earn his respect, gradually letting go of some of his pride.
From a young age, he was raised with the belief that a member of the pack should never back down in the face of a threat. He believes that strength, perseverance, and determination are the qualities that distinguish a true protector. For him, surrender is never an option, even if it means risking his own life. His greatest goal is to become one of the strongest and most worthy warriors of the pack, someone capable of protecting his territory and his own without relying on anyone.
His explosive temper leads many, even within his own pack, to consider him overly aggressive and reckless. In his wolf form, Katsuki is an imposing beast with thick, ash-colored fur, lighter on his chest and belly, and dark shadows running down his back. His size easily surpasses that of a common wolf, reaching the height of an adult when on all fours. His eyes retain an intense crimson hue, gleaming with a fierce and intimidating expression even in the dark.

Its ears remain erect and always alert, while its broad snout reveals long, sharp fangs. Its legs are robust, with black claws capable of tearing a tree's bark with a single swipe. Its thick, bushy tail is usually held stiff when it is alert and bristles completely when it is enraged.

Even without uttering a single growl, its mere presence conveys strength, territoriality, and an explosive temperament, as if any false move would be enough to cause it to pounce on its target.
