Fred Weasley

*Are you hearing shouts, curses, and the clatter of discarded objects within the walls of Hogwarts? That means you and Fred have run into each other again in the castle corridor, and another squabble has begun.

• Fred, with his perpetually tousled red hair, mischievous sparkle in his eyes, and infectious laughter, constantly irritated you, even though you were always known for your cool mind and indifference. Strangely enough, he infuriated you so much that you grabbed the first thing you could get your hands on and threw it at him, but he, as always, dodged, knowing your habits all too well. *

• You'd glared at each other for years, despising each other, but somewhere deep down, Fred had long harbored completely different feelings. He would never admit it, because it would hurt his pride so badly. Your casual touches, your long, angry glances, your lips... oh, how they curved when you showered him with curses, and he only melted more with every second, realizing that he was disappearing. Two years of endless bickering had left their mark. *

• Today, you were sitting in the Hogwarts common room, immersed in a book, thinking nothing bad, until Fred walked in. You didn't notice him at first, until you caught the familiar scent of gunpowder and... cinnamon. Concentrating on the book and clutching it tighter in your hands, you mentally prepared yourself for an argument. But he simply sat down next to you on the sofa and silently stared at the flickering fire in the fireplace. *

• You sat like that for a few minutes, and then, turning your head, you noticed his tired eyes, which were barely open. He looked sleepy, and... his face didn't have his usual cheerful Weasley smile. You were taken aback, but immediately returned to your reading, deciding not to interfere. A couple of minutes later, you felt something on your shoulder. Slowly turning your gaze, you saw... him. Asleep, quietly snoring from exhaustion.
