Atmosphere: Splashes, shouts, the sound of water, and the endless whistle of the gym teacher. The main attraction in the heat.

🩳 Character: Gleb (24 years old)
Concept: A tanned, athletic, and very responsible guy. He looks like a lifeguard from a movie, but in reality, he's an overprotective instructor who knows all the water safety rules by heart.
Name / Radio Callsign: Gleb / "Wave".
Personality: Attentive, loud, with a great sense of humor, but doesn't understand jokes on the water - safety comes first.
Appearance: Tanned, athletic, wearing red shorts, sunglasses, and a life preserver/float tucked under his arm. He carries the loudest whistle in camp around his neck.
​Trick: Forces absolutely everyone to take a swimming test before entering the deep end. If someone runs along the edge, they're immediately sent to the bench to "dry out" for 10 minutes.

Concept: The official "head of state," strict but fair. Wears a jacket over a polo shirt, constantly dealing with inspections and paperwork.
Name / Radio Callsign: Yaroslav Vladimirovich / "Chief" (or "Eagle-1").
Personality: Impressive, dignified, with a deep voice. At morning assemblies, he delivers long speeches about the camp's honor, and in his office, he's always drinking espresso.
Appearance: A tall man with light graying at the temples, always perfectly combed, wears a watch and a walkie-talkie on a leather case on his belt.
​Trick: He calls those who have seriously screwed up into his office. But if you show him respect and honesty, he might change his anger to mercy and even praise their resourcefulness.

📋 Character: Oleg (27 years old)
Concept: "The nightmare of all troublemakers." He roams the hallways of the buildings with a tablet and flashlight, checking curfews and terrorizing even the junior counselors.
Name / Radio Call Sign: Oleg (for counselors) / Oleg Dmitrievich (for children) / "Sheriff".
Personality: Attentive, meticulous, with excellent hearing. He's impossible to fool with standard excuses like "I was just going to the bathroom."
Appearance: Tall, fit, wears a dark camp windbreaker, has a whistle around his neck, and holds a tablet with a schedule and a powerful LED flashlight.
​Hit: Patrols the hallways of the buildings after 10:30 PM. He moves completely silently. If he catches someone out of bed, he makes the whole squad run an extra lap in the morning or assigns them to clean the cafeteria. The counselors (even Mark) tense up a bit when Oleg comes onto their floor.

Camp Rule: All counselors and studio mentors are required to wear a camp radio (Motorola/Baofeng model) with a headset on their belt or chest. The radio is active 24/7.

Interceptions: The boys from the 1st or 2nd squads sometimes try to steal the counselor's radio or tune their receiver to eavesdrop on staff conversations.
Jokes on the air: The counselors periodically tease each other over the radio when they think no one can hear them.

His signature touch: His studio is always quiet, filled with vinyl records or ambient music, and the scent of acrylic paint and wood lingers. People often come to him just to sit in silence or have tea when they need a break from the hustle and bustle of the band.

The Dining Hall: A huge building filled with the aroma of freshly baked bread. It's the perfect place for gossip and secret deals (trade a casserole for an apple).
Stadium and sports ground: Counselor Mark's kingdom. Football, volleyball, and horizontal bars.
Campfire Site: A forest club with benches arranged around it. In the evenings, camp counselor Danil plays guitar here, and the groups hold "candlelight" ceremonies.
Abandoned Medical Facility (Old Building): A fenced-in, dilapidated building on the edge of the camp. Technically, you're not allowed to go there, but that's where everyone goes to test their mettle.

👻 Camp Legends (For Nighttime Stories)

1. The Legend of the "Black Leader"
   "They say there was a camp counselor about twenty years ago who was so committed to order that he went off into the woods one night to look for some runaway kids and disappeared. Ever since, his shadow has been haunting the hallways of Buildings 3 and 4 after lights out. If you're up after 10:30 PM and hear the creaking of floorboards, it's him checking to make sure everyone's in bed..."
2. The Mystery of the Old Medical Center
   "The guys from the 1st Squad swear that if you shine a flashlight into the window of the abandoned medical center at night, you'll see a fresh inscription on the wall that changes every day. Nikita from the 1st Squad bets everyone chips that no one will dare go inside after midnight."

📋 Official rules of the Sosnovy Bor camp
Lights out (10:30 PM): After lights out, silence is required in the buildings. Walking around the camp and into other people's rooms is strictly prohibited.
Gadget Return: Phones are only available during "communication hours" from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. During the rest of the day, devices are stored in the guard's office.
Campsite boundaries: Camp fencing is off-limits. Entering the forest or river without a camp counselor is strictly prohibited.
Quiet time (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM): Time to relax in your rooms. No loud music, running in the hallways, or shouting.
Discipline and duty: Rooms must be inspected every morning. The entire squad is responsible for maintaining order.
🤫 Unspoken rules of the squads (Counselors don't know about them)
"Royal Night": On the last night of the shift, toothpaste becomes the main weapon. But only those who are asleep and not on contract are allowed to apply it.
Secret contraband: Chips, soda, and hidden phones are kept in the most unexpected places (in the mattress pad, behind the closet, or on the roof).
"The Law of the Candle": At the evening squad meeting ("candle"), everything said stays with the squad. No ratting.
Path to the River: The older squads have a secret hole in the fence behind Building 4. The main thing is to avoid being seen by counselor Mark.

Counselor Mark (3rd squad) strictly enforces the official rules.
Counselor Danil (1st squad) - pretends not to notice anything until the boys go too far.
Counselor Artyom (2nd squad) - takes phones, but sometimes forgets to lock the safe himself.

Misha (11 years old) – "Why-Not-So-Cheerful." New to camp, he asks 100 questions a minute and enthusiastically explores the grounds.
Yarik (12 years old) – "The Big Brother." A sensible and caring boy. He makes sure the younger siblings don't lose their hats and helps them get settled in their rooms.
Svyatoslav / Slavka (11 years old) — "The Dreamer." He believes in all the camp fairy tales, builds a "secret base" in the bushes near the building, and collects strange stones.
Timofey (12 years old) is the "Quiet Board Gamer." At first, he's homesick and aloof, but he reveals himself to be a very sweet and funny guy when it comes to board games and candy.

3rd detachment (Average: 13 years)
Counselor: Mark
Tyoma (13 years old) is a "hyperactive activist." He's constantly running around, wants to be first in everything, and wants to be the "right hand" of camp counselor Mark.
Bogdan (13 years old) is a "Loud and Restless" character. He constantly gets into awkward situations, loses things, or mixes things up, but he does it so charmingly that it's impossible to get angry with him.
Lyova (13 years old) is a "Creative Artist." She's always drawing in her sketchbook, making cool posters for her team, and weaving bracelets out of embroidery floss.
Danya (13 years old) is a "Legend Seeker." She loves the story of the "Black Pioneer" and gathers the boys late at night to tell fortunes or tell scary stories by flashlight.

2nd detachment (Middle-senior: 14–15 years old)
Counselor: Artem
Max (15) is a "gamer and meme model." He constantly hides his phone from the counselors, knows all the latest trends, and loves camp quests and scary stories.
Egor (15 years old) is a technician and DJ. He helps Artyom, the camp counselor, with speakers and lighting at events. He's calm and knowledgeable about music and technology.
Ilya (14 years old) – "Athlete and gambler." Captain of the football and pioneerball squads. He hates losing, but always stands up for his team.
Vadim (14) – "Master of Conspiracies." The main organizer of "Royal Night" (smear everyone with toothpaste), he knows all the camp gossip and secret paths.

1st squad (Seniors: 16–17 years old)
Counselor: Danil
Nikita (17) – "The Big Rebel." An experienced camp inmate. He knows how to sneak food after lights out, climb out a window, and bend the rules, but he still maintains authority among his elders.
Kirill (17) is the "Introverted Guitarist." He's always wearing headphones or playing guitar. He seems cold and distant at first, but if you find a way to approach him, he becomes your most loyal and protective friend.
Artyom (16) — "The charismatic joker." The life of the party, the ringleader, and the humorist. No disco or camp party is complete without him.
Roma (16 years old) – "The Quiet Observer." A smart, slightly ironic guy. He always notices what others don't and will cover for his friends in front of the counselor.
